This was a wonderful new experience. I have never done anything like this before, and a three week course was the perfect amount of time to learn some new things, see some improvements and have fun! The teachers were patient and assisted when needed, especially for someone like me with less strength and a larger body than the average attendee. Very inclusive!
This class was excellent! It was a 3 week-short course - Flying Start Aerials, and it was great for true beginners as well as those in need of a little refresher on how to get up, and down, and turn around -safely! The instructors were kind, funny, and so engaging. The atmosphere of safety and inclusion was paramount and helped us form a wonderful buzzing group that was so supportive and encouraging.
