Absolutely loved Sophie's handstands and tumbling class. Although everyone in the class had different levels of strength and experience we all were able to learn and progress with the same teaching. Sophie shows great knowledge of balance and was a super friendly and approachable teacher.

no judgment here from students or teachers, a very inclusive and respectful, relaxed environment. the drills helped my body adapt to handstands better than previously in my attempts to learn handstands in my youth.

Challenging and fun class. Found muscles I didn't know existed 😊
