Awesome class! I had so much fun and really noticed an improvement in my abilities over the term. I always looked forward to having this in my evenings :)
The Instructor was very supportive, knowledgeable, and friendly. She made the sessions fun, and did an amazing job ensuring there were different challenge levels for the activities to cater to the different skill levels of the class.
Sophie is a fantastic instructor, who makes it easy to learn regardless of your ability level! A truly great class, with great vibes that will help you gain strength and new skills in a fun and supportive environment!
