An amazing experience! Beautiful people, a welcoming, relaxed, supportive environment, and the opportunity to challenge yourself as much as you feel comfortable with, without feeling pressured to compete against others. The trainers are incredible. Will definitely be going back for more classes!
I loved every single minute of the flying start aerials. On the very first night, you could not wipe the smile off my face, even as I went to sleep that night. The atmosphere is fantastic. It is so lovely to be surrounded by women who are all there to support each other. Emily and Rachel were wonderful instructors. They were attentive to those of us who were less confident and encouraged everyone to give it all our best. I am hooked and cannot wait until the next aerials course!
