Thanks team Vulcana for teaching me the ropes and nurturing such a supportive and positive class environment. Had heaps of fun and couldn’t believe the progress I was able to make in just a term.

Such a fun and supportive class. Great overall fitness and strength. So rewarding to be able to pull and hold my body weight, invert, climb in various ways and perform drops and spins.
