What a beautiful welcoming space with sensational instructors and community. The tissu classes were creative and catered seamlessly for mixed levels of skill and strength, we worked on basic skills and variations, Mayu was wonderful at working to tidy up our form, or challenge us with new pathways and transitions. Warmup and conditioning were both challenging and really well targeted to improving our strength on the silks, which even in four weeks was effective and I found myself stronger as well as better understanding the progression towards skills I wanted to unlock. I think the most important thing was the Vulcana felt so inclusive, everyone in the class came from different silk experiences and we were able to learn together, try new things and really enjoy both the beauty and challenges of silk. Mayu did a really amazing job with our classes. Thank you!

The trainers at Vulcana sre incredible! They dance beautifully themselves and still have insight into how to get students to learn new, difficult moves. Their rigging is quite high and their tissues are great.
