This class is the perfect opportunity to try out a different apparatus (or three) to see what you might like to try next term. This time we did tissu, teardrop and trapeze, and our trainer was very knowledgeable in all three. We also practised transferable skills between each apparatus and adapting what we knew. As a bonus, the class included time for creative play, when we could explore shapes and transitions rather than tricks and sequences – participation in this was optional, of course.
