This is an Intermediate class, which means it’s suitable for students who have completed several terms of aerials or equivalent.  Due to COVID safety plans, these classes will be small group classes and participants will have their own piece of equipment for the entire class. Due to that we have made the classes slightly shorter to avoid fatigue.
