This class is designed to gain strength specifically for all things circus and gain physical awareness as you do. We aim to have fun. It is still challenge by choice and caters to everyone regardless of current strength.
Whether you want strength to build on skills you already have, if you've had time off or you've never done any strength trainer ever in your life, this class can be fun and useful.
