This is an All Levels class, which means it’s suitable for all fitness and skill levels.

Had some time off training? Ready to get strong and fit for circus? People loved training from home so much we have decided to keep it going!

This class is designed to gain strength specifically for all things circus and gain physical awareness as you do. We aim to have fun. It is still challenge by choice and caters to everyone regardless of current strength.

Whether you want strength to build on skills you already have, if you've had time off or you've never done any strength trainer ever in your life, this class can be fun and useful.
