This is an All Levels class, which means it’s suitable for all fitness and skill levels.

Ready to get strong and fit for circus? This is designed to gain strength specifically for all things circus and gain physical awareness as you do. We aim to have fun. It is still challenge by choice and caters to everyone regardless of current strength.

Whether you want strength to build on skills you already have, if you've had time off or you've never done any strength trainer ever in your life, this class can be fun and useful. 

Tickets are set to take 50% of term fees when booking and the other 50% a week after class begins for those booking a full term. If you wish to pay the entire amount upfront, you can check the box to do so when paying.
