This class will go over the absolute foundations of pole. Many elements of aerials can be transferred to pole. We will focus on skills similar to aerials and some specific to pole. You will learn various transitions from one move to the next as well as be able to explore performing pole rotating on point, pendulum swinging and elevated.
Levels intermediate to advanced on any form of aerials are welcomed.

Hi! My name is Trang. I recently had the wonderful opportunity to perform aerial pole in "As if no one is watching" last year and have fallen in love with the Vulcana community. I have been poling for about 6 years and have competed regionally and nationally in pole dancing competitions. I would very much love to share my passion for pole dance with you! If you're wanting to try it out please come along to the classes!

What to wear
For we will be working with a stainless steel pole, the skin will be used to grip the apparatus. Therefore sports crop top and short-lengthed tights are necessary.

Cancellations & Refunds
If the organiser cancels the class:
You are entitled to a full refund.
If you can't attend the class:
- A transfer can be requested anytime before the class starts. Free of charge.
- A credit note can be requested 2 days before the class starts. An admin fee of AU$20.00 applies.
No changes will be allowed after these times.
