Vulcana Women's Circus classes offer challenge by choice in a creative and fun environment. This class has helped me overcome my fear of heights and developed my strength, especially upper body and core strength. More importantly, it's a fantastic group of people who are very supportive and encouraging. The trainer breaks everything down into simple instructions and encourages us to explore how our bodies move on and through the apparatus - we are all different! I have been doing these classes for over a year now and would highly recommend them for anyone who has done some general aerials training previously.
